Blakely Construction Limited (BCL) is a privately owned Christchurch company, which has been operating in and around Canterbury for the past 15 years. The company has a significant presence in the subdivision and infrastructure sectors for which it provides an extensive range of civil construction services. It has a diverse and comprehensive raft of core competencies specialising in Project Management, Earthmoving, Drainage and Roading. These have enabled BCL to undertake a broad range of projects from building stop banks to complex hill site excavation.Trouble free development is the key to BCL' s success equating to timely delivery of our services, efficiency, effectiveness, and cost savings to the client in the long run. This is achieved where titles can be granted by local authorities earlier than initially programmed for. This greatly reduces client finance costs, enabling a more cost effective alternative to other contractors who initially may appear more economical.
