Experienced Grader Operator Required
To apply for this position, you will possess the following MINIMUM skills:
Fully experienced in all aspects of earthmoving, road construction and in the operation of tractor with backblade.
You will be using modern plant & equipment and must be prepared to learn to use the Blade Pro Laser System.
Experience with this would be an advantage.
Be able to maintain machines on a daily basis.
Be a team player, take responsibility, and have good time management.
Wheels, tracks and rollers licence preferred but not essential.
Be punctual and trustworthy.
STMS and workplace first aid would be an advantage.
Have a good knowledge of:
Road construction techniques
Workplace safety
Aggregates & soil types

Experienced Excavator Operator Required
At least 5 years excavator operator experience on 12 ton and above machines.
Be literate, be able to read and understand plans, and do own set out and heights.
Be able to maintain machines on a daily basis.
Be a team player, take responsibility, and have good time management.

Loading trucks and equipment safety
Water sewer, service and stormwater reticulation
Road construction techniques

Experienced Class 5 Driver Required
Due to increased workload Blakely Construction Limited requires a Class 5 truck driver for our modern and late model trucks.
We are looking for a mature person with at least 3 years previous experience of spreading, and tipping.
You should be honest, punctual, and a team player.
Applicants must be familiar with the road ranger gearing system. Knowledge of the construction industry would be a distinct advantage, but not essential.
