At the start of 2009, BCL made the decison to implement a new compliance system called Mango. (Management on the go).Mango is a system to manage health & safety compliance as well as document management.Mango enables Blakely Construction to manage the organisation's vision, goals and responsibilities.The system enables us to manage all our compliance programmes in one place and enables more productivity and efficiency. The system is the template for ISO 9001 that we are currently working towards achieving.Mango enables log all our training records, management reviews, qualifications, skills, certifications, and competencies.We can manage our risks, quality and health & safety.Mango has enabled us to concentrate on our business not our compliance, as we know in real time what the state of our programmes and what is pending.Mango provides management with real time data to make real time decisions and is cost effective.
